I offer one-to one Business coaching sessions virtually via Google Meet or Zoom. This means location is not a constraint and I can coach you wherever you are in the world.

We will start with a complimentary exploratory session so that you feel comfortable and can find out what to expect. I will try to find out where you’re in your life and what you need, whilst ensuring that you are ready for coaching and understand the commitment – not just financially but also the investment in your time and your energy.

Once we have established that we can work well together, we will do the paperwork and map out your coaching schedule over  8 to 12 sessions. These sessions will be customized to your needs.

Throughout working together we’ll be seeking to establish your goals, promote self-awareness and increase confidence – combining a professional process with a personal approach, resulting in intense and powerful sessions designed to have the greatest impact.
