With over 25 years of corporate experience across finance and general management — including senior leadership and board-level roles — Ram brings deep business insight and a practical understanding of leadership challenges. His experience spans manufacturing, telecom, technology and global delivery, including his tenure as Country General Manager, CFO and Board Director at Verizon India, where he played a key role in scaling large operations.
Ram's journey into coaching was shaped by a powerful personal experience with executive coaching during a period of organisational transformation. That experience helped him bridge the gap between knowing and doing, gain clarity of purpose, and embrace a more holistic approach to leadership.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds multiple professional qualifications, along with advanced management education from Kellogg School of Management. He is a certified executive coach, currently progressing toward the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
